A Message to Our Clients and Friends re COVID-19

March 24, 2020

To Our Clients and Friends:

For over 70 years, the attorneys at Spengler Nathanson have been available to serve the legal needs of the people of Northwest Ohio and beyond. During these challenging and unprecedented times, we want to assure you that we remain committed and available to help guide and counsel you no matter what legal challenges you may be facing. The recent stay at home order issued by the Ohio Department of Health recognizes that law firms provide essential professional services necessary for our community. Therefore, we are ready and able to serve you!

We are, of course, practicing social distancing and taking every precaution necessary to assure the health and safety of our attorneys, staff, clients and friends. As a result, we are not currently hosting meetings in our office. Nevertheless, we have the technological equipment and software to allow our attorneys to work remotely, and this permits our attorneys to continue to engage with clients, the courts, other attorneys, and local business. You may call upon our attorneys by email, and our switchboard will be staffed during most hours of the business day. Our attorneys are staying up-to-date and informed about the issues generated by the Covid-19 crisis, and will be able to respond to those particular issues, as well as all other legal matters.

All of us at Spengler Nathanson believe, as our former managing partner Judge David Katz once said: “Not all of my friends are clients, but all of my clients are friends.” During these uncertain days, we are grateful for the friendships and relationships that sustain us. May all of you stay safe and healthy, as we anticipate emerging from this crisis with hope and confidence.

Sincerely,

Thomas A. Lupica, Esq.
