About Peter

Pete joined the firm in March of 2013 after three years of developing his practice at the law offices of Cline, Cook, & Wiesenberger, Co., L.P.A. in Toledo, Ohio. Pete focuses on a wide range of real estate and corporate matters, such as entity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, succession planning, as well as drafting and negotiating contracts of all types.

After graduating from Perrysburg High School, he continued his education at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky before returning to Northwest Ohio to attend the University Of Toledo College Of Law. He maintains an active presence in the Toledo Bar Association as co-chair of the Young Lawyers Committee. In 2014 Pete proudly accepted a nomination as a fellow to the Ohio State Bar Foundation. In addition to his legal practice, he proudly serves as a trustee for the Order of the Elves, a local charity committed to improving the lives of the youth of Toledo.
