Jennifer A. McHugh

Jenny joined the firm in August 2009. She practices primarily in the litigation department, with a focus on insurance defense, public entity and public employee liability, civil rights, law enforcement liability, trademark litigation, probate litigation, and commercial litigation. She regularly practices in both state and federal courts at the pretrial, trial, and appellate stages of litigation.

A native of northwest Ohio, Jenny graduated from Arlington High School and continued her education at Heidelberg College and the University of Toledo College of Law. She has enjoyed becoming an active member of the Toledo community, particularly through her role as Co-Chair of the Toledo Bar Association's Young Lawyers Committee and her membership on the Board of the Kiwanis Club of Toledo.
