Laurie J. Pangle

Laurie joined the firm 9 years ago after 18 years in banking law, including serving as general counsel for two financial institutions in Ohio. Laurie has provided legal and business advice to financial institutions in all areas, including extensive commercial loan documentation and litigation, trust and investment issues, property management, human resources and marketing. Laurie has actively engaged in training and support of retail banking, both service and lending functions. Recently, Laurie was the recipient of the 2001 Kelb Distinguished Service Award from the Toledo Bar Association and 2002 Spirit of Wood County Award for outstanding public service to Liberty Through Law/Human Freedom, and the 2010 Presidential Award from Ohio Legal Assistance Foundation.
